A note from Talal.. 2004...

Changed my cloth and went to bed early today
Opened my eyes later to somewhere new

Saw a sweet and lovely face that I never knew

An angelic face shining brighter than the sun

She gently touched my face, oh yes she is the one

I wanted to move but I was helpless and weak

As she walked away, I tried to call her but I couldn't speak

My body just laid there still, but my soul followed running

Yet she didn't wait, she never knew I Was coming

The distance grew between us, my heart beats went further apart

Breathing became a hard task to do for a broken heart

As she kept on moving, the picture just faded away

The room went dark, and my soul had sadly lost its way

Leaving behind a soulless, breathless, broken hearted body

Hopelessly trying to save my last breath to call anybody

But there was nothing, neither sound or light

And as my last breath just slipped away from me

I fell down into darkness, and slept for eternity

I opened my eyes, to find that I was still here

The pain was still here, but it was all clear

Nothing had changed, for it was all just a dream

Broken hearted I remained, wanting to scream

But it was useless, it wouldn't change a thing

Couldn't change who I am, or these feelings within..
